យកប៉េងបោះ ១ផ្លែធំ លាងទឹកស្អាតបកសំបកចេញយកតែសាច់មកក្រឡុកឲ្យម៉ត់ ផ្សំជាមួយយ៉ាអួ(រសជាតិធម្មជាតិ) ក្លាយជាល្បាយខាប់ៗយកមកបំពោកពេញលើផ្ទៃមុខ ប្រហែល ១៥-៣០នាទី លាងចេញដោយទឹកស្អាត។

Formula 1: tomato
