       យកអម្ពិលទុំ ២ស្លាបព្រាបាយមកឆ្កឹះយកគ្រាប់ចេញ លាយជាមួយទឹកដោះគោ ១ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ និងទឹកឃ្មុំ ១ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ ច្របល់ចូលគ្នាជាល្បាយតែមួយ រួចយកមកបំពោកលើផ្ទៃមុខ ទុកចោលប្រហែល ១៥-៣០នាទី រួចលាងចេញដោយទឹកស្អាត។

Formula 1: Taram


        Take 2 tablespoons tablespoons and mix with 1 teaspoon of milk and 1/4 teaspoon honey mixed into a single mixture and pour it on the face for about 15-30 minutes and wash off with clean water.
